What You Will Do

• Execute targeted candidate searches using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub.
• Apply advanced Boolean search techniques to identify qualified professionals for specific technical roles.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates, articulating the value of new opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate engagement metrics.

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience utilizing LinkedIn for talent identification.
• Familiarity with GitHub as a sourcing tool for technical profiles.
• Proficiency in applying Boolean search techniques to refine candidate searches.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail in candidate research and data entry.
• A highly process-oriented approach to managing sourcing workflows.
• Genuine interest in technology trends and the tech industry landscape.

Compensation

The salary for this remote position in India ranges from $1,000 to $1,200 per month. Equity is not offered for this role. Visa sponsorship is not available.
