What You Will Do

• Own the full product lifecycle for core platform features, from ideation to execution and iteration.
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap using user research, data insights, and company strategy.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and leadership to deliver high-quality product experiences rapidly.
• Translate user needs into compelling product solutions that resonate with both talent and hiring teams.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress clearly across all organizational levels.
• Identify key growth levers to increase daily active users and drive measurable business impact.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 4+ years of relevant experience in product management, entrepreneurship, or a high-impact operator role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; articulate and persuasive in engaging stakeholders.
• High energy and charisma; a natural leader who can energize and rally teams around a shared vision.
• Proven track record of building and scaling products, with clear indicators of excellence in prior roles.
• Experience in raising funding or demonstrating thought leadership through competitive achievements or research contributions.

Preferred

• Previous founder experience or significant early-stage startup involvement.
• Background in research at a top-tier university, or experience at leading technology companies.
• A meaningful side hustle or independent project that showcases initiative and entrepreneurial spirit.

Compensation and Benefits
