What You Will Do

• Design, build, and maintain full stack features across both frontend and backend systems.
• Integrate and develop AI-powered capabilities into core product experiences.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable TypeScript across the stack.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features end-to-end.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape engineering standards and best practices.
• Iterate quickly based on user feedback and data to continuously enhance the product.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 5+ years of professional experience as a full stack developer.
• Strong, proven experience with TypeScript across both frontend and backend codebases.
• Hands-on experience building products with AI, including integrating AI-driven features or developing AI-assisted workflows.
• Comfortable owning features from concept to production with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego approach to engineering.

Preferred

• Experience working in fast-paced startups or product-driven companies where speed and quality are prioritized.
• Familiarity with modern backend frameworks such as Node.js, Express, or tRPC.
• Exposure to modern tooling including GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and contemporary development environments.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $195K to $220K, reflecting the candidate's experience and expertise. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely within a dynamic and innovative team dedicated to making a difference in people's lives.
