What You Will Do

  • Support housing clients through technical onboarding, configuration, and ongoing troubleshooting using tools like Zendesk and Salesforce.
  • Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues by analyzing event logs, API responses, and platform data.
  • Build and maintain internal operational tools using low-code platforms such as Retool to enhance team workflows.
  • Write and execute SQL queries to extract data, analyze anomalies, and generate actionable reports for stakeholders.
  • Validate integrations and debug issues using API testing tools like Postman to facilitate new client implementations.
  • Monitor platform behavior proactively with event-logging tools such as DataDog to identify and address issues.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Tableau or Google Sheets to track client performance metrics.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a solutions engineering, technical support, or similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating ownership and accountability.

Preferred

  • Experience building internal tools or workflows using low-code platforms such as Retool.
  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis.
  • Familiarity with event-logging tools like DataDog and reporting platforms such as Tableau.
