What You Will Do
- Design and implement scalable backend APIs and services that support a high-traffic production platform.
- Collaborate across the full stack with product and design teams to rapidly ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that enhances team productivity.
- Engage in code reviews and design discussions to continuously elevate code quality.
- Tackle real-world customer challenges under practical constraints, ensuring solutions are effective and efficient.
- Contribute to systems that empower major AI organizations to train and evaluate their models.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5+ years of experience in shipping and maintaining production systems at scale.
- Proven ability to excel in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a strong sense of ownership.
- Deep curiosity and problem-solving skills, favoring simple solutions to complex challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Preferred
- Experience working with large language models (LLMs) or leading projects in AI/ML infrastructure.
