What You Will Do

• Design, build, and maintain robust backend services and APIs for a large-scale, distributed supply chain platform.
• Contribute to the reliability and performance of core platform infrastructure by working with distributed data systems and data-intensive pipelines.
• Develop and maintain containerized services using Docker and orchestrate workloads with Kubernetes.
• Build and integrate data pipelines utilizing PySpark, Databricks, and Delta Lakes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams using Git-based workflows in a fast-paced development environment.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 5–8+ years of professional software engineering experience in a production environment.
• Strong proficiency in Python, with experience building and maintaining backend services and APIs at scale.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and hands-on experience with Docker and containerized development workflows.
• Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges and communicate effectively with team members.
• Experience working within collaborative, fast-moving engineering teams.

Preferred

• Experience with Apache Spark, Databricks, or large-scale distributed data processing is a plus.
• Production experience with Kubernetes and exposure to graph systems or complex data models.
• Background in a startup or high-ownership environment where engineers take end-to-end responsibility.
