What You Will Do

• Partner with housing clients post-sale to deploy and configure the platform across various workflows, including leasing and maintenance.
• Translate client operational structures into tailored platform configurations and automations that enhance their efficiency.
• Write and maintain scripts and integration logic to support client-specific implementations and workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, acting as a primary escalation point for complex engineering challenges.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide client feedback and influence the product roadmap.

Ideal Candidate Background

• Strong software engineering foundation with hands-on experience in backend or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Experience working directly with customers in a consulting or deployment capacity.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug issues across systems and APIs.

Preferred

• Previous experience in a forward deployment, solutions engineering, or technical implementation role.
• Familiarity with property management, real estate technology, or housing operations.
• Experience with conversational AI, workflow automation, or CRM configuration.
