This role is critical for developing systems that create and manage AI worker workflows, directly impacting real-time automation and data integration for businesses. You will contribute to a platform that removes data silos and delivers significant operational efficiencies.

This company provides an innovative platform that enables businesses to build and manage a workforce of AI workers. Their system creates fully custom workflows and integrates with a variety of external systems. They are an early-stage venture, recently securing Series B funding, operating in the AI, Enterprise Software, and Machine Learning industries.

What You Will Do

• Design and implement robust full-stack features using Go, React, and TypeScript.
• Develop and scale backend infrastructure, focusing on API design and distributed systems.
• Integrate the platform with diverse external systems to support custom workflow automation.
• Deploy and manage cloud-native applications using Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.
• Optimize high-concurrency systems to ensure platform reliability and performance.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in Go for backend development.
• Demonstrated experience with React and TypeScript for front-end applications.
• Expertise in designing and scaling backend infrastructure, including API design.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native deployments.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and high-concurrency environments.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills with technical and non-technical partners.

Compensation

The salary range for this hybrid role is $160,000 - $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Equity is not part of the current compensation package.
